The Carving Institute - On-site Training

The Carving Institute is happy to provide on-site fruit carving training for corporations, organizations, hotels, cooking schools and interested groups of individuals where possible.

Learn the ancient art of Kae Sa Luk at your convenience.

This is a great way to train staff on your premises without interrupting business as part of a larger training package or seminar.

Fruit carving is something everyone can learn. Whether you are an aspiring chef, wishing to add to your culinary food art skills or someone with some free time who wants to learn a skill that will impress friends, family and dinner guests, fruit carving is an easy art to learn.

Thank you for your interest in the Carving Institute.

In the course we include a carving knife, book, videos and all materials for all courses. Each day we also include a full Thai lunch with unlimited snacks and beverages throughout the day. Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.

Classes are held Monday thru Friday starting at 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Weekend classes can also be arranged upon request.

Upon completion of any course a certificate will be issued.

There are several hotels and guest houses very near to us to suit all budgets. If you would like us to make reservations for you just let me know. I can also send websites of the hotels for your convenience.
