Dumrongsak Nirund
Award
winning food artist, leads the fruit and vegetable carving classes at
the Carving Institute. Here you can see Dumrongsak in action, carving a
water melon.
Dumrongsak has been
creating food art for approximately 50 years and teaching for 40 having
learned the skills of Kae Sa Luk from his father.
He has won countless awards for his craft as well as being the judge of
many competitions. He is also the author of 2 books and 3 VCDs on the
subject and has appeared on TV many times as an expert in this art. |
